Sound Bath Healing

Restorative Sound is a meditative sound healing experience designed to nourish and revitalize the nervous system. After a short guided meditation with aromatherapy; Nicole will take you on a deeply soothing sound journey, weaving together the exquisite vibrations of her crystal alchemy singing bowls, with various other instruments and melodic vocals. To seal the practice Nicole will charge the room with Reiki energy. There will be time for journaling and optional sharing at the end. Bring a journal and something to write with, as well as any sacred items you wish to charge on the altar. Privates and group sessions available.

From mantra and kirtan of the Yogic tradition to the Icaros (healing plant songs) of South America, sound has been used in cultures worldwide to promote healing and cultivate joy.

Sound Journey:

Energy + Sound facilitation aids in our own healing by using rhythmic intention that is governed by the natural laws. The power of sound can be deeply nourishing as it connects our body and spirit to the Schumann Resonance. These vibrational emissions entrain our brain wave patterns into theta and delta, calms our hearts, and harmonizes our nervous system. When a client surrenders into the rhythmic frequency of the sound, deep healing and awakening will occur.
