Nicole Benisch is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Herbalist, Reiki I & II, Aromatherapy Educator, Sound Healing Practitioner, and the founder of Reyna Collective and Light Spirit Essentials. She is passionate about helping people rest and revitalize their nervous systems, so they may experience more ease, joy, connection and creativity. With over two decades of experience in holistic wellness and spiritual practice, Nicole knows how to create the space and provide the tools necessary for you to have a heart, body, and soul nourishing experience. She also has years of formal training as an orchestral musician, and singer, as well a deep understanding of sound as medicine that she has cultivated through receiving and sharing sacred and devotional songs, in a ceremonial setting for the past 11 years.
