HAWK & Hummingbird Workshops
In parenting workshops, parents cultivate both internal and external environments that welcome and support our emotional process. Internally, parents confront belief systems, both inherited and learned, that impede them from accessing emotional resilience and authenticity. With this bedrock of emotional wisdom, parents are more able to establish an external environment that holds space for their child’s emotional exploration, education, and wellbeing. As a parent, our relationship with our children can bring to light unprocessed or unexamined emotions. They are essentially mirrors for us. Workshops offer parents support in recognizing and healing these wounds so that they can open new possibilities for connection for both themselves and their children.
