Our Intergenerational Healing Experts
As we learn more about epigenetics, the consequences of trauma are becoming understood as multigenerational and cumulative. Though many healing modalities assist individuals in ending cycles of intergenerational trauma and unhealthy behavioral patterns, few seek to actively do so within the family dynamic. Intergenerational Intensives provide a unique opportunity for an entire family system to collaboratively challenge the ingrained, transgenerational patterns that do not serve their collective wellbeing and connection to one another. By disentangling these cycles of dissonant thoughts and behaviors, new patterns may be woven into the fabric of the family dynamic, opening them to more in depth and authentic relationships to themselves, each other, and the world around them. This intensive work is also excellent for parents or expectant parents who want to cultivate dynamics for their children and themselves to be open and vulnerable to emotion, such that the family can be a source of emotional nurturance and resilience.
